Copper Oyster Turquoise Spider Earrings

A hand-carved spider crawls across each earring, its legs cut from sterling silver and oxidized to a deep smoky gray that makes every curve stand out. A copper oyster turquoise cabochon sits at its center, bezel set by hand, with a little spiral curled below. The stone glows ocean blue, threaded with veins of shimmering copper. Three chains fall from each spider in 14K goldfilled and oxidized sterling, ending in small turquoise and pyrite beads that catch the light as you move. Everything hangs from 14K goldfilled ear wires. Bold, a little wild, and still pretty.. ~4.25 inches.
 
Care note: the spider’s legs are fine, hand-shaped metal, so please don’t bend or squeeze them, as they can break. The oxidized finish is part of the design and can slowly change with wear, so keep these away from water, lotion, perfume, and heat. Put them on last, take them off first, and store them flat in a jewelry box or pouch when traveling or not in use.
