Amethyst & Lepidolite Drop Earrings

Dainty goldfilled chain carries a trail of purple down from each 14K goldfilled ear wire, like wisteria in bloom. Tiny amethyst rondelles sit at the top, then wire-wrapped amethyst briolettes in shifting shades from pale lilac to deep violet. A larger faceted lepidolite, soft and lavender with flecks of shimmering mica, closes out each earring. Every stone is cut and colored a little differently, so no two pairs are exactly alike. Long enough to move when you do and light enough to wear all day. ~2.5 inches.
 
Care note: amethyst can fade in strong sunlight, and lepidolite is a soft stone, so keep both out of direct sun and heat, away from water, and don’t knock them against hard surfaces. Put these on last, take them off first, and store them in a jewelry box or pouch when traveling or not in use.
