Abalone & Gemstone Hammered Diamond Earrings

A hand-hammered 14K goldfilled diamond frame hangs from each ear wire, and inside it floats a square of abalone shell that flashes electric blue, green, and violet as you move. Below it, a little stack of gemstones steps down in color: deep blue moss kyanite, bright green peridot, and pale seafoam prehnite, each wrapped by hand in goldfilled wire. It’s the colors of the ocean in a few inches, light enough to wear all day. Abalone and gemstones are natural, so every piece has its own swirls and shimmer, and no two pairs are exactly alike. 
 
Care note: abalone is natural shell and the gemstones are soft, so keep these away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals, and avoid knocks against hard surfaces. Put them on last, take them off first, and store them in a jewelry box or pouch when traveling or not in use.
